Customer Reviews

“Excellent service”

“We had Peak Roofing exchange a failed skylight with a new skylight. Great looking replacement and it even had a motorized sunscreen. You can't even tell the skylight was replaced. Skilled service and repair. Would highly recommend Peak Roofing.”

“I highly recommend Kaden and his team. They did a great job and were very on top of it during the rain-caused delay with constant communication for when they were anticipating to start. They updated us every morning and then when timing was right, they executed immediately. This is the 2nd house we’ve had to replace a roof on (first in NWA), and since it’s been completed, I haven’t found a single nail or piece of scrap in our yard or driveway from the work, which is an incredible feat considering its literally equivalent to finding needles in a haystack. Great job, competitively priced, and if you’re looking for someone with a great local reputation that strives to maintain said reputation in the industry, customers can rely on Peak to get the job done right.”

“They were so professional throughout the whole process! So happy I went with Peak.”

“One of the best contractors I’ve worked with. Kaden reviewed the insurance estimate and found missing repairs and a local code requirement for metal valley, adding over $3,000 to the claim. The roof was very steep, and his team was extremely experienced. Seeing the owners of Peak Roofing on-site from day one through completion made a big difference. Highly recommend Kaden and his team. Scott D.”

“Excellent service.”

“Peak Roofing and Exteriors is a great company! Philip and Kaden made sure the job was done right! Thank you!”

“Kaden and Hunter stopped by our church noticing a lot of roof damage from the Rogers Tornado. They offered to cover the places that weren't already tarped. I told Kaden that we already had a roofer and he said he didn't mind covering it anyway. Kaden and Hunter spent 2 hours working on the roof and not asking for anything. They did it even though they knew we were using another company. I am impressed with Peak and their genuine concern for the community. It's a breath of fresh air. God bless you guys!”

“Excellent work! Professional and really appreciated having everything explained clearly! Thank you!”

“Where do I even start. The employees were very polite and went above and beyond my expectations. An overall great experience from this team. Highly recommend them for friends and family!”

“I met Kaden and immediately was impressed. He was so easy going and easy to work with. He didn't push any product on me. He was on site during the roofing process and made sure everything was clean and tidy when it was complete. He spoke well of his fellow employees. The work was done very timely and there were no real inconveniences to me or my family. The roof and gutters look great! Glad I used Peak! Very Professional!”

“Took Pride in their work! Everything was done per the contract and then some. Easy to work with and kept me updated on all things.”
